Frequent Communication With You
When we Cultivate a Valuable Partnership, we maintain frequent communication. We are not fair-weather financial advisors. This is a partnership, so we will be there for you at all times – even the difficult ones.
In addition to receiving your monthly account statement, we make sure to keep you updated on what is taking place with your assets.

Meetings
In the early stages, we meet with clients or have conversations on a frequent basis. It is important for you to know how the implementation of your investment program is proceeding, that way you feel comfortable with the approach. For us, this communication is helpful so that we can make sure our actions are consistent with your expectations. After the implementation stage, we will schedule regular meetings as often as you like -- quarterly, semi-annually or annually. At these meetings, we will review your assets and discuss changes that we have made. We will also use these meetings to assess whether any changes should be made to your asset allocation or IPS. As always, we will revisit or answer questions about any other financial issues that are important to you. -
Periodic Communication
We know that things come up all the time, so we encourage you to call or email us whenever you want to ask us a question or discuss another matter. As your partner, we also like to communicate with you on a frequent basis -- a phone call to catch-up, a letter or an email on an interesting subject. -
Harvest Newsroom
In this section of our website we post entries to our blog, interesting links, book reviews, and other items we think you will find useful. Check back often and stay up-to-date on the latest in financial happenings – this section is updated frequently. -
Year-end
- At the end of the year, you should receive several items from us (or Charles Schwab):
- A 1099 form that provides information to complete your taxes
- A summary of the purchases and sales made in your accounts
- A summary of your gains and losses
- A summary of the fees that you paid as they may be tax-deductible
-
Harvest Client Meeting
Harvest will host an "invitation only" meeting each fall that will feature our viewpoint of the investment marketplace. There also may be a keynote speaker.
